Shipping Policy

When will my order ship and when will it arrive?
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, however it may take up to 3 business days to process and ship your order. Most domestic orders take 3-7 business days in transit after it has shipped. All overseas orders may take longer.

Can I change the order once it's been shipped?
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. So once you hit submit, most orders cannot be changed. However, our customer service may be able to help, email us at canada.trading67@gmail.com , but it is not guaranteed.

What is the shipping charge?
We offer free shipping across Canada on orders over $99.  And orders less than $99 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $14.99.

We offer shipping to select destinations in the US and Internationally.  Please add the shipping address at checkout in order to get the shipping cost quote.

Note: International shipments may be subject to customs delays, import duties, or taxes determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid prior to delivery.
