When will my order ship and when will it arrive?
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, however it may take upto 3 business days to process and ship your order. So most domestic orders take 3-7 days business days in transit after it's shipped. All overseas orders may take longer.

Can I change the order once it's been shipped?
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. So once you hit submit, most orders cannot be changed. However, our customer service may be able to help, email us at canada.trading67@gmail.com , but it is not guaranteed.How can I track my package?
Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24-72 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities. Please check back roughly one business day after you have placed your order.What is your refund or return policy?
All sales are final. However if you have received a damaged item, please report it to us within 3 days of package delivery and we arrange to replace it with a new piece, as long as the items is in brand new and unworn/unused condition. Please note, this does not apply to any Zippo products, as they have a limited lifetime warranty on most products from the Zippo company on manufacturing defects, you will have to contact Zippo customer service for to discuss repair/replacement eligibility and next steps. Also, undergarments such as boxer shorts are not returnable or exchangeable due to health and hygiene reasons. Email us at canada.trading67@gmail.com with any questions you have. -
Will I be charged tax?

What if an item is out of stock?
If an item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via email and you will only be charged for the items that are shipped out to you.
What is the shipping charge?
We offer free shipping across Canada on orders over $99. And orders less than $99 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $14.99
